Why is this tiny creature hiding in the dark?
Thin arms hug its knees as if they’re all it has left. Shadows crawl along peeling wallpaper, dust twirls through icy air, and rotten floorboards groan with every heartbeat. Its skin is paper-thin, almost glowing, trembling harder when the camera draws near.
There’s a weak light pulsing under its chest—barely alive, but stubborn. It’s scared, but still holding on.
Even in fear, hope flickers where you least expect.
